'Just Get Stronger' is not as dismissive as it sounds

The way we relate to strength is effectively that everyone has the ability within themselves to do whatever they wish

The process of 'getting stronger' isn't as bullish as the image of building muscles

Rather it's simply doing the exercises to make a pattern familiar, and progressively pushing things forward until the pattern is so familiar you can now perform the desire skill or strength-based skill

There's another element to the 'Just Get Stronger' phrase too... Very often you need to realise that the path is very obvious, very straight forward and simple

Great skills are achieved by layers of mini-skills

This Saturday we'll be showing you what we mean... and you'll be delighted because it means everything is in reach

Like a focus on your mobility; possibly THE most neglected factor in every gym, every club, organisation

Will firing your legs like pistons make them fire like pistons?

Or will clearing up some space and reawakening a strong connection to a motor pattern through a long range of motion do it?
