  • Achieve your ‘FIRSTS’ - First Pushup, First Chin Up, First Muscle Up, First Ring Dip, First Handstand Pushup…. wherever you are, we’ll bring you to your next First

  • Show you how to master pulling, from scapula control and grip strength to Chin Ups, Muscle Ups and beyond

  • Improve your pushing strength, from pushups all the way to advance Ring Dips and Handstand Pushups

  • Increase your shoulder/Scapula function so that you have access to things you couldn’t do before, and reduce risk of injury

  • Diagnose overhead mobility/function and show what to do with our ‘sticking points’ [This is perhaps the most important part, believe it or not]

  • Get your spine bending forwards, and backwards, and rotating

  • Have fun, but serious fun. Direct and honest work

  • 100% beginner friendly. EVERYTHING will be done with beginners in mind. If you are advancing onto new things, you are new at THAT new thing, so let’s all keep a beginner’s mindset and we won’t go far wrong in life ;)

  • Demystify the ‘hours of stretching’ thing. Yes, you will have to work on Mobility. No, you will not waste time stretching [or on a foam roller]
