Podcast with The Performance Base


 We sat down for a ramble this morning with Dara and Naomi of The Performance Base and got to talk about the evolution of 'fitness' into a much bigger picture, how the word 'Movement' has managed to bridge gaps in different communities such as Yoga, which Naomi teaches, and Strength, Conditioning, Performance/CrossFit, which Dara teaches.

We got to express how our mind works here at AM Fitness and hopefully you will get a nugget or two that will help you figure out what you need more or less of in your life.
