It's just two weeks long, and in that two weeks we are going to help you tremendously
You may have never been to a gym before. Perhaps you used to and something along the way made you lose your mojo for training
If so, this 2 week course is for you
We will instantly make you feel right at home, and get you feeling great straight away. That's what we're experts at!
This course will teach you how to 'Master The Basics', control your core properly, sweat effectively by introducing the variations of work rates - It's not all about H.I.I.T. ya know!
Looking for a stronger upper body - first pushups and chin ups? Want to learn to lift properly and Squat like a pro? Whether you're looking for strength gains, fat loss or mobility, it ALL starts with the basics. We will show you the ones for you. We won't ask you to do anything fancy in this course. No need for it. Just a solid foundation and good work
An overwhelming amount of people come in telling us they've a weak core and a lot complain of back pain. Within 10 minutes we have shown everyone, without exception, what they're doing wrong and how to build on it. We will have a lot of direct core work for you. Front, back, sides + rotation. Proper strength + Range of Motion.
Did you know that not only do you NOT HAVE TO burn yourself into the ground each session, but that it's actually counterproductive if you do!? We'll show you what a well structured program feels like, building an aerobic base while getting stronger and moving better.
We will give you our Fit Clinic Nutrition guide, which will detail eating for training and life, and get you the simple things to do right to tailor your own eating. We have a separate (discounted for members) Nutrition Coach available too.
This is actually the area most people fall short. We see it time and again that people feel like it's not as important as the 'other stuff' and that they'd rather be burning calories. Well, in a well structure training plan, backed by a good lifestyle, there is time for everything, and Mobility is way more important than you think. We don't stick you on a foam roller. We actually hate the things and think they're a waste of time 99.2% of the time. We go deep on your trouble areas to make you feel awesome and guarantee progress! Sometimes moving, sometimes stretching.
